I. Credits & Usage
Q1How are my credits deducted for image or video generation?

Credits are deducted based on the type and resolution of the content you generate or edit. High-definition image and video generation typically consume more credits. Detailed deduction standards are available on our Usage Policy page.
Q2Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

No. The credits allocated to you each month must be used within the current billing cycle. Any unused credits will automatically expire and reset to zero on the next billing date. We encourage you to plan your usage accordingly.
Q3What happens if I run out of credits in my paid plan?

You can purchase additional Credit Packs (Add-ons) at any time during the current billing period to continue generating content. Your regular monthly credit allocation will refresh on your next billing date.
Q4How do I check my credit status and usage history?

You can log into your account and view your remaining credits, upcoming expiry dates, and detailed usage history in the "Settings" or "Billing" section of your dashboard.
II. Subscription & Payment
Q5Do I need to enter a credit card to try the service?

No. Our Free plan can be accessed without providing any payment information. You will only be required to enter credit card details when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
Q6What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major international and local payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover and other primary credit and debit cards. Additionally, we support popular digital wallets like PayPal and Google Pay.
Q7Does the pricing include tax?

Q9What happens to my credits if I downgrade or cancel my plan?

If you downgrade, any remaining credits will expire on their original date. If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
III. Content Ownership & Privacy
Q10Do I own the assets I create?

Yes. As long as you maintain an active subscription, you retain full commercial usage rights to all image and video assets you create using our tools.
Q11Are my generations private?

This depends on your subscription plan:<br/>Free and Basic Plans: Your generated content is Public by default, and we may use it for model training or public display.<br/>Pro and Enterprise Plans: Your generated content is absolutely private, is not public by default, and will not be used to train our models.
Q12How do I remove watermarks?

Content generated under the Free plan includes a watermark. Upon upgrading to any paid subscription plan, you will be given the option to remove the watermark when downloading any content you create (including historical content generated before the upgrade).
